Interact Worldwide Financial Summary
In 2007, Interact Worldwide continued to benefit financially from a diverse donor base, including DfID, EU, Trusts and Foundations and Individual donors, in total our income was nearly £3.4m. We would like to take this opportunity to thank our donors, without which our work could not continue. These funds were spent to support our charitable activities.
In total we spent £3.4m, 82% on our overseas projects in Africa, Asia and Latin America, 3% on Advocacy, 13% on Fundraising activities and 2% on Governance of the organisation.
These accounts have been prepared under the requirements of the Statement of Recommended Practice “Accounting and Reporting by Charities”, issued March 2007.
